About

Dr. Lynette McCullough earned her Ed.D in Education/Organizational Leadership & Development from Grand Canyon University in 2019. In 1998, she received her Master of Arts in Political and Justice Studies and in 1997, a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Studies both from Governors State University. Dr. Lynette Mccullough also has an online teaching certificate, TESOL, substitute, and paraprofessional certificate.

Dr. Lynette Mccullough has over 27 years of teaching experience both online and on campus. However, the majority of her teaching experience has been online with the City Colleges of Chicago and 51Talk (China). Her on-campus experience has been with the South Suburban School district, National Louis University, and the University of the Potomac. In addition to her teaching experience, Dr. Lynette Mccullough has 12 years of experience working in Law Enforcement and in Politics. She has served as a Sergeant and an Administrative Assistant to the Budget Chairman of a local government. In addition, Dr. Lynette Mccullough has volunteered in various roles for over 8 years with the Catholic Schools/Archdiocese of Chicago. She was a board member with the Archdiocese for 5 years serving in the area of organizational development. Although I have an extensive work history, teaching is my passion and I enjoy teaching online classes the most because of the flexibility to learn at one's own pace. I currently teach ESL to international students. Last, she was recently voted faculty of the year 2021 by the University students.
